I’ve stayed 60 days total at The Yard from Jan - July. This has truly become my home away from home. Thank you SO MUCH to The Yard owners and staff for being so kind, welcoming, and always greeting me with the biggest smiles. The travellers I’ve met at here have also been the the most beautiful souls I’ve ever met, and we’ve had SO many good times at the smoking club, just hanging out and having a drink or two. 10000/10 - I highly recommend to anyone to come experience the magic of The Yard

The Yard was easily my favourite stay while I was in Thailand. The staff are wonderful, the rooms and facilities are clean, and the location is excellent for exploring the Old Town in Chiang Mai. The people here were social, kind, and always interested in making plans - I made many new friends during my stay. Thanks again to the staff for all the work you do!
